RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Should you decide to cancel your order, kindly notify us in writing through email or post. Please include your reference number and contact details for us to assist you promptly.
Your entitlement to cancel your order commences upon placement of the order and concludes 14 days after you have received the purchased items.
In cases where your order comprises multiple goods that are dispatched separately or from distinct locations, the 14-day period commences upon reception of the final item.

RETURNS 

When considering a return, it is essential that the goods are in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Any damaged, opened, or unsellable products cannot be accepted for return. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary for a return to be processed within a 14-day period. We also recommend conducting a visual inspection of the flooring before installation. Ultimately, the responsibility for the final inspection of product quality lies with the installer/user, as the flooring is deemed accepted once installed or used.

When you wish to return a product, you are required to handle and cover the shipping costs for returning the item. If you need assistance in coordinating your return, please reach out to us for support. We are willing to assist by providing a return shipping quote if you prefer not to manage this process independently. Kindly note that shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. In the event of a refund, the shipping expenses will be subtracted from your total refund amount.
It is strongly recommended to use a shipping service with insurance and tracking when sending back the item(s) to us. We do not guarantee the receipt of your return, hence the use of such a service is advisable.

REFUND

Once your returned item/items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt. Subsequently, we will inform you regarding the status of your refund request, whether it has been approved or rejected. In the case of approval, the refund will be processed promptly, and the credited amount will be reimbursed to your credit card or original payment method within a specific timeframe. If, for any reason, we do not have your necessary information on record for a refund, we will reach out to you to finalize the process.
