Shipping Policy

Our deliveries are charged at £74.99 for orders upto £2000. All orders over £2000 will be free of charge. Once your order is placed, our designated team will start the process of packing and loading your flooring onto the vehicles. You will be updated throughout the entire process with email notifications, letting you know exactly where your order is. Our trucks visit homes and businesses across the country so our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. This may be quicker depending on the delivery route. We aim to get your new flooring to you as quick as possible whilst taking the utmost care of your cargo.

 

Our company primarily uses large vehicles (Luton or larger) for the delivery of our products due to their size and weight. If you anticipate any access issues for the delivery vehicle to your location, kindly inform us when placing your order so that appropriate arrangements can be made to accommodate your situation.

All orders will be delivered on pallets as part of our kerbside delivery policy, as per our insurance requirements. The pallet will be placed at the nearest accessible point to your address.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the packaging of the goods to ensure they have not been damaged during transit. In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged goods or discover any missing items, please document these issues on the courier's paperwork and notify us promptly. Goods that are refused upon delivery but found to be undamaged upon return will incur a charge for the return to our warehouse and a restocking fee charged at 20%. Any missed deliveries will result in a re-delivery charge.
